BioI'm a queer femme into FTM's, bois, and the third gender. I live my life openly, and expect to be treated with respect and dignity. I have experienced first hand discrimination because of being a queer femme, and living with a FTM (and observing the discrimination he faces day in and day out because of who and what he is). I cannot stand other FTM/MTF who flame, name call, insult, offend, curse, bait and switch, etc. other FTM/MTF's. I hate hate. Another good example of this behavior is the famous Rev. Fred Phelps. UGH!
"I am not sorry one bit about what others think of me", a quote by TmanAndy, which holds true for me as well. I have been told to my face that I am ugly or that I have the personality of a pea. These folks just have no respect or dignity for human beings. They know who they are. These are the people who I don't wish evil upon, but at the sametime, I don't wish them well either.
The goal of my life is to help those who cannot help themselves (like the elderly, children, sick, poor, needy, etc.). To me that is the greatest gift that anyone can do.
I love animals of all kinds. I have several of my own (I refer to them as my furkids). They are the ones who nurse me back to health when I am sick, and get my butt out the door to go on long walks (when I really want to be sitting on the soffa reading the newspaper).
I appreciate the love of good company, good food/wine, and the time we have together. Time is so short. I belive in destiny. I believe we are all just passing through this life getting ready for the next life. In the meantime, you will find me in the kitchen cooking, baking, and grilling. The three things I enjoy with a passion (next to Ebay and TV Land).
I love to go to drag shows (both kings and queens), traveling, snorkeling, the beach scene, going to the movies, cooking/baking, and reading the latest best seller. I also love shopping (naturally). My favorite search engines are Shopzilla.com, couponcabin.com, currentcodes.com, shopping.com, just to name a few (hehehe).
I am also one to love-love-love...love the smell of a good men's cologne. OMG. Nothing beats Drakkar Noir, Burberry Touch, Black by Kenneth Cole, Joop!, anything by Ralph Lauren. Talk about being an aphrodisiac for me. Just makes my heart pound!
